We didn’t just build a platform — we created a solution grounded in real-world experience, shaped by the challenges that homeowners and condo associations face every day.

Our journey began in a 249-unit condominium complex, where I lived as a resident and worked as a business owner supporting HOAs and COAs through a managed services IT company. This dual perspective — living within the community while serving others like it — offered a rare view into the everyday complexities of association life.

That perspective deepened thanks to a close friend and longtime client in property management, whose insights helped illuminate the broader landscape.

Everything changed after the builder-to-association handoff at my condo. Early signs of construction issues emerged. On the advice of a trusted LCAM, we brought in a building engineer — and the findings were serious. When the Board hesitated to act, I stepped forward, ran for a seat, and eventually served as president to help uncover the full scope of the problem.

It wasn’t easy. We brought in legal counsel, navigated negotiations, and prepared for trial. Just before court, the builder agreed to over $8.5 million in repairs. The remediation took two years — but the buildings were restored, and the owners were made whole.
